Account

No. WainPKR allows exactly one account per person and per household. Creating multiple accounts — even to claim the welcome bonus more than once — is a breach of WainPKR's Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than opening a new account.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and bet on WainPKR. This requirement applies without exception. WainPKR verifies age at registration using your date of birth and may request a copy of your CNIC for higher-value accounts. If WainPKR discovers that an account holder is under 18, the account is closed immediately and any balance is withheld pending review.

Go to the WainPKR login page and tap "Forgot password?" Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to that number. Enter the OTP to verify your identity, then set a new password. The whole process takes about 60 seconds. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, email support@wainpkr.bet from your registered email address with the subject "Password Reset Request" and the support team will verify your identity through an alternative method.

Log in to your WainPKR account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address and notification preferences directly. Changes to your registered mobile number or name require identity verification — contact support@wainpkr.bet with your request and the support team will guide you through the process. Verification typically requires a copy of your CNIC.

You can request permanent account closure — known as self-exclusion — from the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and lasts a minimum of 12 months. WainPKR will close your account, return your available balance to your registered payment method within 24 hours, and suppress all future marketing communications. If you need to close urgently, email support@wainpkr.bet — we will action it within one hour.

Deposits

WainPKR accepts six payment methods, all commonly used in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there are no foreign currency conversion fees. Most deposits reflect in your WainPKR wallet within one to two minutes.

The minimum deposit on WainPKR is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. There is no maximum deposit limit on your WainPKR account, though individual payment provider limits (for example, Easypaisa's per-transaction cap) may apply depending on your wallet's KYC level.

Log in to your WainPKR account and go to the Cashier or Deposit section. Select Easypaisa from the payment options, enter the amount you wish to deposit, and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be directed to enter your Easypaisa number and confirm the transaction with the OTP sent to your registered Easypaisa number. The deposit typically reflects in your WainPKR wallet within one to two minutes. JazzCash deposits follow the same process — select JazzCash and follow the prompts.

If your deposit has not reflected in your WainPKR wallet within 10 minutes, first check that the transaction was confirmed in your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking app. If the payment was deducted from your source account but has not appeared in WainPKR, email support@wainpkr.bet with your WainPKR username, the approximate deposit amount, the payment method used, and the transaction reference number from your payment app. The support team will investigate and resolve the discrepancy, usually within one to two hours.

WainPKR does not charge any fees for standard deposits. You will receive the full PKR amount you deposit into your WainPKR wallet. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, but WainPKR itself does not add any deposit fee. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all WainPKR accounts operate exclusively in PKR.

Yes. WainPKR's responsible gaming tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Go to Account Settings, then Responsible Gaming, and select Deposit Limits. Set the maximum amount you want to be able to deposit in any given period. The limit takes effect immediately. Lowering a limit is always instant. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period as a consumer protection measure.
Withdrawals

Log in to your WainPKR account and go to the Cashier section, then select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred payment method — the same method you used to deposit is recommended for faster processing. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum Rs 500) and confirm. WainPKR processes withdrawal requests during business hours and typically dispatches Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 2 to 6 hours. Bank IBFT transfers usually clear within one business day.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive in your wallet within 2 to 6 hours of submission. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals usually process within a similar timeframe. IBFT bank transfers take up to one business day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals can take 3 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank. Withdrawals submitted outside normal business hours may be queued and processed the following morning.

The minimum withdrawal amount on WainPKR is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit set by WainPKR, though very large withdrawals may trigger an additional identity verification check before processing. Your payment provider's own limits may also apply — for example, Easypaisa Level-1 accounts have a lower monthly transfer cap than fully-verified Level-2 accounts.

Withdrawals can be delayed for a few reasons: (1) Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met — any bonus credit must be wagered the required number of times before the associated balance can be withdrawn. (2) An identity verification check has been triggered for your account. (3) The withdrawal was submitted outside processing hours. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours without an update, contact support@wainpkr.bet with your withdrawal reference number.

WainPKR does not charge any withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests. The amount you request is the amount dispatched to your payment method. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own receiving charges — these are outside WainPKR's control. There are no conversion fees as all transactions are in PKR.
Bonuses & Promotions

New WainPKR members receive a 100% deposit match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 20,000 in betting credit. To claim it, simply register a new account, make your first qualifying deposit of Rs 200 or more, and the bonus is credited to your account automatically — no code required. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. No. The welcome bonus credit cannot be withdrawn immediately — it must meet the wagering requirements first. Your original deposit amount is yours to withdraw at any time (subject to any active bonus terms). If you withdraw your deposit before meeting the wagering requirements, any remaining bonus credit and associated winnings will be forfeited. It is recommended to read the full bonus terms in the Terms and Conditions before activating any bonus.

Yes. WainPKR runs regular promotions throughout the year — particularly tied to the PSL season, T20 World Cups, and Pakistan international fixtures. Yes. You can update your marketing preferences at any time from Account Settings. Untick the box for promotional communications and WainPKR will stop sending bonus offers and match alerts. This takes effect immediately. If you are on a self-exclusion period, all promotional communications are suppressed automatically regardless of your settings.
Cricket Betting

Yes. The PSL is one of WainPKR's primary markets. Every PSL match from the group stage through to the final is covered with a full suite of pre-match and in-play betting markets. WainPKR also offers outright PSL tournament markets — including PSL winner, top run scorer, and top wicket taker — throughout the season. If a cricket match is abandoned before it begins or is called off without a result after insufficient overs, WainPKR voids all pre-match and in-play bets on that match and refunds stakes to your account wallet. If a match is reduced by the DLS method but a result is achieved, bets settle normally based on the official result. For in-play bets placed after a specific point in the match (e.g. an over-specific market), settlement rules depend on whether that market was completed before the abandonment.

WainPKR provides a dedicated Live Cricket Score section that updates ball by ball during active matches. You can keep the score tracker open in one browser tab while placing bets on WainPKR in another, or use the split-view feature on your mobile. Ball-by-ball score data helps you make more informed in-play betting decisions, particularly for over-specific and next-wicket markets.

The minimum bet on all WainPKR cricket markets is Rs 50. This applies to pre-match, in-play, and outright markets. There is no maximum single bet limit set by WainPKR on most markets, though very large bets on specific in-play markets may be subject to acceptance at the available price.
