WainPKR may request documentation to verify your age, identity, or residential status at any point. Where such documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe following a request, WainPKR reserves the right to restrict or close your account and withhold pending withdrawals pending verification completion.
Each person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on WainPKR. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, WainPKR reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any bonus-related balances.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure. WainPKR is not liable for losses or missed payouts resulting from incorrect account details provided by the user.
All WainPKR accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all processed in PKR. There is no option to hold an account in a foreign currency on WainPKR.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details — particularly your registered mobile number and email address — current and accurate. WainPKR uses these details to communicate important account information, verification requests, and promotional messages. You can update your contact details from within your account settings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your WainPKR login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances, including family members. WainPKR staff will never ask you to provide your password.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact WainPKR support immediately at support@wainpkr.bet. WainPKR is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the user has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all WainPKR accounts.
WainPKR accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
The minimum deposit amount on WainPKR is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the WainPKR account. WainPKR does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposits, or unverified payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

WainPKR may request identity documentation before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not a reflection on the individual user. Common documents requested include a copy of a valid CNIC and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
The minimum bet amount on WainPKR is Rs 50 for most markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and event. WainPKR reserves the right to set individual maximum stake limits for specific users, markets, or events without prior notice.
All bets are subject to acceptance by WainPKR. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation number. Odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. WainPKR reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, odds that are clearly inconsistent with the true market price due to a data or display error — WainPKR reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. Users will be notified of such voidances and stakes returned in full.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 72 hours of the original start time, bets will generally stand for the rescheduled fixture. Events postponed beyond 72 hours will be treated as cancelled for betting purposes unless stated otherwise in the specific event rules.
In-play betting is subject to slight delays in odds updates to manage latency. WainPKR is not responsible for bets placed based on information about events that have already occurred but not yet been reflected in the odds. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the market they are betting into reflects the current state of the match.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, duplicate bet detection, match-fixing determination, or where a market was offered in error. Voided bets have their stakes returned in full to the user's WainPKR wallet.
WainPKR's welcome bonus is available to new users on their first qualifying deposit. The current welcome offer matches 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of Rs 20,000 in betting credit. Poker players may be eligible for a separate poker welcome bonus of up to Rs 30,000. Terms for each specific promotion are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms when accepted.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met using real money bets. Bets placed using bonus funds do not count towards rollover completion unless specifically stated.
WainPKR takes bonus integrity seriously. Activity that appears designed to exploit bonus offers — such as low-risk hedging across accounts, coordinated group betting, or systematic exploitation of welcome offers through multiple registrations — constitutes bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonus balances voided and withdrawals restricted.
WainPKR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected users where reasonably possible. Completion of wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured when promotions are amended mid-term.
